That Sage Brush Smell

The first time I experienced sage brush was when we visited the Teton Mountains of Wyoming. While I was photographing the mountains, I began smelling something, it smelled familiar but I couldn’t quite put my finger on it. Then I realized it was sage. Everywhere. It was fantastic. So not only was I photographing some of the most amazing landscapes I’d ever seen, I was smelling the landscape too!
